International Women’s Day: Building, Believing, and Becoming

Happy International Women’s Day!! As a small woman-owned business, today reminds us that simply existing in this space is part of a much larger story. One written by generations of women who dared to imagine more.

There was a time when women could not own property, vote, lead companies, have a bank account or have a seat at the table. The freedoms and opportunities many of us have today were fought for, defended, and expanded by women who believed that our voices, ideas, and leadership mattered.

Women today are founding companies, leading industries, building communities, and shaping the future.

It is a privilege to wake up each day and build something with intention, creativity, and courage. It is also a responsibility to honor the path that was paved before us by creating opportunities, lifting others as we climb, and continuing to push boundaries and glass ceilings that still exist. Across industries, women are proving that leadership does not have to look one way. It can be bold and compassionate. Strategic and intuitive. Powerful and collaborative.

International Women’s Day is also about looking forward.

To the younger generation of girls and young women are watching. They need to be emboldened to share their ideas and dream big!Every generation of women expands what is possible for the next.
